RHYTHM

An online series of movement, breath, and self-inquiry.

HABITUAL is a thoughtfully crafted collection featuring five short videos. Within the transitory context of our lives, inner-stillness can be fostered through meaningful movement and conscious breath. Drawing upon mindful practices, you are invited to cultivate a deeper awareness of yourself and the world around you.

Each video is carefully designed to evoke a distinct energetic response. Sequences are intended for adaptation, to be artfully integrated within your daily routine. You will be guided step-by-step through each practice.

Simple and accessible, HABITUAL strips back the layers that can hinder the development and maintenance of a mindfulness practice. The series presents itself as a versatile toolkit to access anywhere, anytime. To find your equilibrium and move through ever-changing landscapes with fluidity, like a habit.
