RHYTHM
An online series of guided meditations for everyday moments.
RHYTHM follows on from HABITUAL — where movement served as a pathway into mindful awareness. Here, the ordinary rhythm of your day becomes the practice itself. Through the gentle flow of activity and the stillness woven throughout, RHYTHM invites you to feel the simple yet enriching patterns that shape each day.
This series reminds us that meditation doesn’t always need to be something we carve out time for — it can be found in what’s already happening around and within us. RHYTHM meets you exactly where you are, offering a grounded, accessible way to feel more present in the moments you’re already living.
Rather than searching for meditation as something separate, RHYTHM asks: what if our days could become more meditative by nature? The slow rhythm of your heartbeat, the sound of teacups touching, footsteps on a new or familiar path. Small, grounding moments that draw you back to yourself and the world.
It’s all rhythm. It’s already here.
Let’s explore it together.
As a member of 'RHYTHM' series, you will receive access to an online and downloadable series of guided meditations. Accessible anytime, anywhere.
